Can Weight Training Full Range Of Motion increase the possibility of muscle injury?
Bodybuilders seeking maximum muscle building frequently focus on range of motion in order to intensify the training, with some reduction of the distance between representatives to use more weight, while other bodybuilders focus on the broadest range of motion to recruit more muscle fibers for each workout fitness together.
