You select the music you workout to, the machines you use and how long you stay. With the increase in the population who home work, having a home gymnasium is even more exciting. With a small home office and gymnasium right in the home, business executives can squeeze a workout in between multi-person calls. And stay home moms can do a forty minute run on the treadmill, some quick yoga stretches and ab work all before baby wakes from his/her nap.
