Model's Top Tips for achieving the Cheryl Cole Body:
1. Move! Take the stairs and not the lift. Swap the car or tube for walking. Carry a shopping basket instead of using a trolley. Catch up with friends on a walk rather than over a cake.
Catherine says: "I am slim because I move. I take the stairs and not the lift and I walk into town rather than drive and I enjoy walking the dogs."
2. Exercise. Be realistic and find a sport or activity that you enjoy and try to do that activity with friends or others. Try exercise classes, join a sports club or dance club, or even take up walking with friends.
Many women that do not enjoy exercise but want to lose weight sign up for the gym and then get given a gym programme that takes an hour and half to complete, four times a week by themselves. Even for those that love fitness this would be a struggle to keep up as it is lonely, boring and too long. So for someone that does not really like fitness they have no chance! Instead, try the fitness classes at the gym as you will meet others, it will be more sociable and you will have a laugh at the same time.
3. Drink water. Keeping your body hydrated will keep your hair glowing, your skin looking fresh, and your body feeling fit. Healthy, hydrated skin will delay the onset of wrinkles.

1. Posture. Stand up straight and never slouch. Yoga and Pilates is a great way to focus and improve your posture.
Posture can change the appearance of your body shape instantly; put your shoulders back, head up, stand up straight and you will appear slimmer and taller. You will also look more confident and appealing and feel more important, as well as activating more muscles to stand like this.
2. Smile. If you smile, you will appear warmer and friendlier to others. Smiling will also trigger a positive emotional experience to you and others.
