Elastic Band Stretch
You'll want to add this task to your workout routine if you want define you inner thighs. For this drill you'll need something sturdy and an elastic activity band in the room that you'll be working out in.
Now to perform this activity you want to attach it to the bottom of your leg and make sure that it is down around the ankle portion. Stand at a distance from the object to which you have attached the elastic, and then you want to keep going until you feel just a bit of a stretch. Make sure that you do not go too far because you don’t want to overstretch a muscle.
This is absolutely one of the easiest and most powerful inner thigh exercises that you can do, and so it is one that you are going to want to make a major part of your task routine.
The inner Thigh Firmer Exercise
Another of the best inner thigh exercises is the inner thigh firmer. Now to this workout you are going to want to lie down on the floor and place a thin pillow on your arm below your head, and make sure that you keep it aligned with your shoulders and hips if you want this exercise to work as it is supposed to.
Now you are going to want to move your leg straight and slowly raise it, and then you want to hold for one count, come back and lift again, and then touch the floor. You are going to want to do several repetitions of this drill to get results.
There may be a lot of different leg exercises out there but I have found that these inner thigh exercises get the job done. But remember, in order for them to work you need to put them in action first. The great thing about doing these workouts though is that you can do them in the comfort of your own home.
