Not lacing your pair of skates
Most skaters forget to lace up their skates. This problem occurs mostly in the cases when the skates are too big. A skate that fits in properly, will more often than not feel small when the foot is placed in the boot prior to lacing it.
Buying a larger length ion order to accommodate a wider foot
In case your foot is wide, opt for a wider skate and not the one that is bigger in length. Buying a big skate will not solve your problem, but rather make you feel uncomfortable.
As a hockey player it is necessary to opt for the most apt skates, as they are the most important piece of your equipment. Though it is fun to skate faster, but you surely need to pay attention in order to skate fast and risk free.
