Senior Golf Equipment
Senior. A word to many that is degrading and anyone’s nightmare but not to the golfer. The senior golfer is in his prime and may even play better than in his youth for he has learnt and developed his skill making him a formidable opponent. True that you may not be able to hit the golf ball with the same force and speed as you once did but now you have the skill to make up for this. And this is where the senior golf range comes in. Shaft flex is an important part of the hybrid series that the senior golfer favours over long irons. But don’t make the mistake that the hybrid is suitable for senior golfers only many younger players also favour the hybrid over the long iron as they are much easier to control.
Of course if you don’t want to change your equipment you can introduce an exercise programme to your training routine to help strengthen muscles to improve your game and swing, although combining this with the change in equipment can yet further your game . So good golf is no longer a thing of the past for senior golfers just making a few simple changes to your routine and equipment and you will be back on top.
