The ProForm 385 CSX recumbent bike is along the lower end of the price scale, with an average price of around $300.  The bike is fairly simple and straightforward, yet offers numerous benefits to people seeking a quality recumbent bike.  The design of the recumbent makes it more ergonomic that standard upright bikes, and the positioning makes it considerably more accessible for people who are overweight or who have joint or muscle problems.
