Dynaflex Pro Gyro: My Dynaflex Pro Gyro Exerciser Review
The purpose of the Dynaflex Pro Gyro exerciser is to provide small and portable hand/arm exercise equipment.
Pros: Most of us have exercise equipment. Most of that equipment is not portable at all. The only time we have access to it is when we are at home. The problem is that we aren not always at home and even though we aren not at home, we still need to get in some exercise. That is one of the nicest things about the Dynaflex Pro Gyro exerciser. It is as portable as it gets. You can just put it in your bag or suitcase and of you go.
The exercise is absolutely addictive and while some people buy the Dynaflex Pro Gyro exerciser to rebuild hand and arm strength after an injury, they find that the Dynaflex Pro Gyro exerciser strengthens their hands and forearms so well that they keep on using it long after the injury is just a distant memory.
