Pole Dancing

Most people immediately think of strip clubs and gentlemen's clubs when you mention pole dancing. However, that isn't the only place you'll find the dance nowadays. Many dance studios and fitness clubs are now teaching this style of dancing. This doesn't mean it is only for women looking for a career on the Vegas strip or the local strip club; this dance can be fun for any woman and can even help them lose weight.

Most women find pole dancing to be sensual and exciting. They also enjoy the fact that it is a great form of exercise, working muscle groups you never knew existed! Upper and lower body strength and core muscles are key. As a result, it will help tone and firm up the upper body as well as legs. Even women that aren't overweight complain about not being toned in many areas of their body. This could affect a woman's self confidence and feeling of sexual appeal.
