One of the most talked about pieces of fitness equipment these days is the Ab Circle Pro, the new ab machine which is supposed to help you shed belly fat by combining a cardio stimulation and a stomach workout.

Now, as with any machine, there are both good and bad reviews. Some people even go as far as say that the Ab Circle Pro is  a Scam. Well, is it? What is the truth?

I don't want to call this machine a scam. It has become a habit for anyone who uses a diet plan or a fitness machine and fails to get the kind of results they were hoping for to claim that he fell for a scam.

Well, the truth is that nothing works for everyone. Some people will fail even with the best machine or the best diet program. This is just how things are. And there are people who report getting good results with the Ab Circle Pro. It is not all bad.

However, I believe that the manufacturers of the Ab Circle could have done a better job at improving their image by taking the following steps:

1. Making the full price clear - You can get this exerciser for $14.95 for 30 days but the full price is over $200 after the trial period is over. This is written in the fine print and should have been written in bigger and clearer letters.

2. The Ab Cirlce Pro has a weight limit, something which I've not seen mentioned on their website and something which a lot of people complained above.

3. The knee pads which some people report are not comfortable could have been more padded to ensure that everyone would be satisfied with them.

These are things which could have helped people to have a better experience with this abs machine. I hope that the manufacturers will make a point of correcting these things. Other than that, it has both good and bad reviews.
