Yesterday, I ordered this kit from the website of kettlenetics. The process is fine.

After my first week of training, I'm so sure that the workout is great, and results are amazing. It particularly increases strength of my grip, shoulders, thighs, and especially core strength.

There are several levels of difficulty, so you can progress as you get stronger.

Kettlenetics is fun, but tough and effective

I bought the Kettlenetics Slim & Tone Kit, it hasn't disappointed me!

The first few times I did the workout I got my muscles sore at the next day, but now I'm starting to see the results. I have noticed this program has worked all my muscles as opposed to focusing on just one or two areas daily. So the muscles of these places have been fully exercise. Especially in the waist, abdomen and thigh through toning. Anyone can do this training and progress at their own pace.

I highly recommend kettlenetics! It's not a scam, you really can see the results.
