Home Gym Exercise Equipment: The Cheap Alternatives

In order to have that ripped and well sculpted body, we really have to do some work out and some rigorous exercises that target the particular muscles that need development and increase in size.  However, not all of us have the luxury of time.  There are always times when we want to workout but instead see ourselves getting busy with other more important things such as deadlines, and baby sitting.  Now this is just very sad.  Fortunately, some people out there are thoughtful enough to think of inventing the home gym.  The home gym is just a collection of home gym exercise equipment that target different muscle groups in every variation and in every combination of their functions.  However, even if this is really good, a complete home gym package is undoubtedly really expensive.  And in this time and age, money is something that we all work very hard to get.  Hence, it is really wise that we buy other cheaper home gym exercise equipment individually as we slowly put up our very own home gym.  After all, if we are just determined to get the body that we have been dreaming of for so long, just about any exercise and equipment could give us the results that we want.  The following are just some of the tools that we think everyone who wants to have a sculpted body should have.

 

Dumbbells

Dumbbells develop the biceps.  Although the biceps are not the largest muscles in the body, they are still considered to be the most noticeable among all the muscles, especially in a man. Hence, making the biceps look strong and full is really important and really fulfilling.  Doing bicep curls using dumbbells is a good way to achieve shirt-ripping biceps.

 

Pull Up Bar

The expensive home gym packages usually have lat machines.  These lat machines are very useful in targeting the muscles of the back, the chest and the arms.  However, this tool is still very expensive even if bought individually.  In its place, we suggest that you buy a pull up bar.  This tool still targets the same muscle group and it costs relatively less.  If you are really into saving, you wouldn't even have to spend a dime for a pull up bar! Even a tree branch could be used as one.

 

Weight Bench

A weight bench is very useful in a lot of exercises, including those that target the abdominal muscles. Hence, if you are into revealing the six pack abs, then you should really consider having this tool.
