Inversion therapy has a long historical use and medical benefits. For over 2000 years, it has been used as a medical technique to treat several different types of pain in the body. Medical people in ancient times specifically used it to effectively relieve back pain.

What is Inversion Therapy?

It's also suggested that it helps to enhance mental clarity due to the increase in blood flow to the brain. It's also believed that the therapy helps in minimizing the effects of aging and height loss. Due to intense gravitational pressure, the discs that separate the spine diminish causing loss of height.
