Essential Sparring Gear for Beginners

When it comes to sparring gear, there will be some items that are essential for the beginner. There items are designed to keep you safe while you are on the mat and they can keep you safe in different areas. From leg protection, to head protection and even chest protection, we will take a look at some of the items you need.

For leg protection, we will need to look at both shin guards and foot protectors. When you wear your shin guard, make sure that you have the ability to bend both your knees and your ankles as well. You should locate an arm protector that mirrors the shape of your arm. It should be wider at the base and begin to get smaller closer to the hand.
