When you go through your day eating healthy to lose weight without exercise, you do more for your body than just reduce the fat that has collected up. You also help improve your general lifestyle, increase your changes of living longer and generally make yourself healthier in both the short term and long term.
When you are planning out meals for your healthy eating habits, stick to food items that are both low in calories and high in fiber and protein. If you have particular food allergies or sensitivities, be sure to take these into account. While food allergies can make it harder to eat healthy to lose weight without exercise, you can still find healthy diets and eating options.
Remember: you don't have to cut out the foods that you like to eat! You can still eat things like chocolate, cake, cookies and ice cream and still be eating healthy to lose weight. The key here is moderation in all things! When you sit down for desert after a big meal, don't eat three or four cookies with ice cream, too! Stick to one cookie to give yourself some enjoyment and still keep your calorie intake lower than what your body burns. Since healthy foods like vegetables, meats and produce don't have many calories in them, you can fill up on those types of foods and still have enough spare calories in your meal plan to stick a cookie or bit of ice cream at the end of it all.
Eating healthy to lose weight without exercise is not the easiest thing to do, but you'll love the results after just the first few days that you've been trying it!
Mickey Rutherford is a weight loss and dieting expert, and helps thousands of people every day with his blog about weight loss and eating healthy to lose weight without exercise.

The Exercise Balance $17.95 Healthy exercise means finding a balance between overtraining and inactivity. By using a combination of clinical studies and real-life examples, this book shows readers how to develop their own personal prescription for discovering that balance. Written by two specialists in the field of eating disorders, it details both ends of the exercise continuum, from compulsive exercisers who push their bodies to the limit to people with little or no physical activity in their daily lives. The authors explain the psychological and health issues that can result from compulsive exercise — including bone loss, fractures, amenorrhea, and unhealthy eating. They also cover the problems arising from inadequate exercise and provide ways that ill people can safely implement fitness programs. The book is not a weight-loss guide; instead, it emphasizes the importance of proper exercise, offering readers of all sizes, ages, and health levels practical solutions for changing their routines and finding a healthy exercise balance. |

The Importance of Exercise Intensity for Health and for Prescribing Exercise (DVD) $44.73 While the frequency and duration of exercise are the same for all persons, exercise intensity is more complex because it can be expressed in absolute terms (METs, Kcal/min) and in relative terms (%VO2 max, % 1RM). Disagreement exists whether exercise intensity should be expressed relative to a maximal value (%VO2 max, %HRmax) or to a submaximal value (% above or below the lactate or ventilatory threshold). The Importance of Exercise Intensity for Health and for Prescribing Exercise discusses the importance of exercise intensity for various health states, as well as its importance for prescribing exercise. Among the topics covered: definition and discussion of absolute and relative intensity of exercise, importance of exercise intensity for total mortality, coronary heart disease, serum lipids, stroke, hypertension, weight loss, type 2 diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, and peripheral arterial occlusive disease, problems associated with high-intensity exercise, effect of exercise intensity and fitness on a) exercise duration and b) responses to exercise, and need for more detailed information in order to give more individualized exercise prescriptions. Victory Goals' Prayer, Exercise and Weight Control $12.99 "This is not another calorie counter or food journal to record what you eat. God has created us as three part beings. We have a mind, a body and a spirit. To live full, productive lives in God, we must renew our minds with His word and become disciplined in exercise and our eating habits. Our spirits are willing; it is our flesh that is weak (St Mark 14:38). I have known Alberta Moore for more than 25 years. I have always known her to be disciplined, energetic, positive and focused. I think that these virtues are foundational to the prayer, exercise and weight control program that she has created. I highly recommend her program to anyone who is serious about a life change. - Derrick Jackson, Author - Perpetual AbundanceMy relationship with God has become more intimate while achieving one of my goals. I read through the four Gospels three times in one month Your chart gave me all of the tools that I needed to set my goals, and to track and measure my success. - Zina Akines The author is a born again Christian, who has not only seen God work miracles in her own life, but in the lives of others as well, as a result of spending time daily in the presence of God through prayer and reading His word. When facing difficult or impossible situations, she can often be heard professing "Our God is God" She resides in the Chicago land area with her husband, Wilbur, of thirty nine years where they serve as Neighborhood Ministers for their church, Wheaton Christian Center. She is the mother of two children and a grandmother.Alberta invites you to step into the world of discipline and freedom and to enjoy all of its benefits. Your journey begins right now" |
