Lie face up the floor with both feet raised, Tell your partner to face you while you put your legs on their stomach like you are pushing them up and down, Like you are preventing them from falling to the floor. You do this exercise by bending your knees and pushing up the person that your legs are pushing against. Be careful not to let the person fall and hurt himself/herself.
