Fitness Exercise Program For Teens: Your Useful Tips
Teen bodybuilding is perhaps the fastest growing branch of the fitness community. Nothing surprising there. A reliable fitness exercise program is perhaps the most effective way for a teen to boost his self confidence and image. And I don't think I need to elaborate much on the other factor that drives skinny youngsters to hit the gym regularly and stick to their fitness exercise program. Attention from the young ladies is indeed a very powerful inspiration. However, teens might adopt a fitness exercise program for all the wrong reasons but some good things definitely come out of the whole process. Bodybuilding promotes good dietary habits, discipline and work ethics. However as the fitness community becomes more and more clouded by commercials, teens are in danger in one way or another and they need reliable tips about how to choose their best fitness exercise program among other health considerations.
1. First and foremost, do not go for a fitness exercise program that includes the use of steroids. While this is a very obvious consideration, you would be amazed how many youngsters just go for the easy option when they can't seem to get results the straight way. Your body consists of a very delicate balance of chemical substances and you don't want to tamper with those. Your friends laugh at you, don't fall for the bait. Stand your ground and say 'NO'. They are not real friends anyway. If you are not getting results with your fitness exercise program, maybe it's not just meant for you and go for a different one. Including steroids in your fitness exercise program will get you in an ugly place.
2. Your eating pattern is an essential factor that affects the success rate of your fitness exercise program. The way you nourish yourself now will be reflected in your adult years and that's a hard fact. Ideally you should focus on ingesting clean carbohydrates like oatmeal and potatoes, protein sources such as tuna, cottage cheese and protein shakes and you should definitely not neglect your clean fats such as fish oil and peanut butter.
3. Focus on a full body fitness exercise program. Don't go about working only your biceps and triceps because those are the things that attract women. Teens are not meant to split their muscles groups, leave that for when you are older. Full body workouts will enable you to stimulate all the major muscle groups in your body three times a week without you bordering your fitness exercise program on over-training.
4. Make sure your fitness exercise program focuses on conditioning and the fitness of your cardiovascular system. Your bodybuilding program should have more to it than just weights. Your fitness exercise program should balance skipping, hard running, high intensity sets and short rest periods.
5. Don't go about buying N.O. XPLODE. As a responsible teen, you should be saving money for college! But jokes apart, don't get warped by the countless apparently 'breakthrough' pre-workout supplements that have funny ingredients you can't even pronounce. All you need really is a reliable multi-vitamin source as well as a high quality protein shake to meet your daily fitness exercise program protein requirement. For the first three or four years of you following a fitness exercise program, you only need a few basic supplements.
