3 Little Known Tips for Effective Oblique Exercises and 1 Big Mistake
You find yourself not getting results with your oblique exercises? I know how you feel. You look at the posters flashing fitness models that has razor oblique and wishing one day you'll have that. Then, you train very hard every day but in the end, you get no result. You get frustrated, you blame your genetics and you are about to give up. My name is Tony Leong and I also made mistakes in training my oblique. But through consistent learning from news sites and transfer notes in shape, I found what I did during all these years is wrong. No wonder I'm not getting the results I wanted. This error I've done in my oblique training is quite common. You will see people doing this exercise every day in the oblique gym, but very few people know it would not yield any results. This makes a lateral movement. That's my biggest mistake in trying to get razor sharp oblique.
A typical lateral movement oblique exercise is to stand up, holding a pair of dumbbells and tilting left and right. This exercise works actually lower back. Yeah, you feel it working because you're compressing the sides of your stomach together. You're not actually exercising oblique muscles. I'll share with you 3 little known tips for effective oblique exercise. Lets dive into it.
Tip Number 1 for effective exercises Oblique
Do rotational movements at the torso. The rotation is the function of the oblique muscles and by overloading the movement, you will be able to train muscles more efficiently. The best floor exercise that uses rotational movements is the bicycle crunch. There are many abdominal exercises that involve rotation torso. You can also do standing cable rotation. These movements tie perfectly to the function of the oblique muscles. From now on, no lateral movement Also, just stick with rotation of your oblique exercise.
Tip Number 2 For Effective Oblique Exercises
Now the trick is to make rotational movements of the torso with cables. Most of us do this exercise while standing. If you really want to torture your oblique muscles, do sit on a fitball or doing the exercise with a lunge position. Sitting down, remove the strength and stability the legs and every effort in executing the exercise will be of the oblique and the nucleus.
Replace the cable with an elastic band. The elastic band is better than cable because of the decline. It really focuses the entire oblique muscle and gives you a different feel. You 'll be crying in agony after completing 3 sets of 20 repetitions of the elastic torsion angle.
Tip Number 3 For exercises Effective Oblique
If you really want razor sharp oblique muscles, you can not get it simply by hundreds of exercises Torso Rotation. You need the body fat down and just focus on about 10 sets of oblique exercises.
