Exercise Anatomy
![]() |
In this article I'd like to take a look at some relatively EASY ways you can make your penis bigger, from home...and with reasonably little effort. Now, I'm going to tell you straight up front that the MORE effort you expend, the BIGGER and better your results are going to be! But if you are looking for a quick and easy way to get some pretty good size fast, this surely SHOULD be the ticket! Read on..:-)
The Straight Jelq
I've talked about this before on numerous occasions, and I still can't think of a better recommendation for you "lazy" folks today..:-) Simply stated, the straight jelq is fast, it's easy, and it only takes 5 to 7 minutes a day, which we ALL have available to us if we try. If you aren't familiar with the jelq just yet, it's a straightforward exercise that involves drawing the blood from the base of your anatomy through the glans by using your hands. Very simple once you learn it, and relatively effortless to boot!
Pelvic Tension and Torque
This is dead simple, and can be started in no time flat. Many of you are familiar with the pelvic elevation exercise, which is simply a hands free elevation of the penis by tensing the pelvic muscles repetitively. Occasionally I'll add some light resistance in the form of a washcloth or damp rag, which adds JUST enough weight to make a difference! Again - takes very little time, will give you FAST gains you can see, and is about as stress free of a strategy that I know!
As with everything else in the Men's health domain, knowledge is POWER, and information is EVERTHING!
And remember, with our modern day understanding of anatomy, and the variety of holistic, alternative, natural approaches to OPTIMIZING our bodies in all sorts of ways...it is now common practice for men everywhere, who know how - to systematically improve, build and increase our penis size and do it quickly.
The need for creams, hanging weights and other esoteric methods are not only strange and potentially dangerous - they are also finally completely obsolete and unnecessary.
So while they may be laughing at you behind your back...trust me, they won't be for long! Take a little bit of time and learn how your anatomy works, and how simple exercises and optimizations you can make, everyday can yield a RADICAL shift in your penis size without the worry. I did...and it was the best decision I ever made!
