XTREME CARDIO DANCE: A Dancer's Workout
JUST ANOTHER DANCE VIDEO?
When I first heard about this “newest & greatest” DVD exercise routine from a friend, I thought the last thing the world needs is a another trainer touting their own dance exercise concoction on an AS SEEN ON TV spot. But, let’s face it, dance is a great way to lose weight in all the right places. Plus, dancing will give you an excellent cardio work out while doing something that’s more fun than rowing a boat.
In doing some research, I found that XTREME CARDIO is the baby of Jaana Kunitz, an award winning dancer who helps the pros with their routines on FOX’s “So You Think You Can Dance” and ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars”. So the lady knows her moves and how to teach them, that’s for sure.
THIE XTREME CARDIO METHOD
What Jaana has done is to apply her exercise routine to three different dance forms plus supply a bonus “Sexy Sculpt” disk.
1. Xtreme Cardio Dance--Latin: Melds the basic moves from the Merengue, Samba and Rumba into a dance routine that’s designed to strengthen your body from head to toe.

SO WHAT?
Well, the XTREME CARDIO set costs $39.95 plus the usually shipping costs that brings the total to around $47. Compared to a gym membership, this is great! They will let you try it risk free for 30 days and return for a refund less shipping charges. If you have the desire to become fit and the will power to learn and stick to a routine, this looks like it might be a fun way to exercise. However, the down side is that most of the routines look to be not only complex, but demanding as well. If you are already used to using a dance routine to exercise, this could very well be the next step for you. If not, it’s something to shoot for in the future.
