Do this for three sets, with five to seven repetitions three to four times a week.
2. Pectoral push-ups - this is like doing the usual push-ups without the use of your arms. Lie face down and raise your body with your elbows and forearms on the floor.
3. Inverted push-ups - stand against a wall with your palms touching it. Your feet should be two to three feet away from the wall and by bending your elbows, slowly lower your chest and then push back to return to the starting position. Do this 10 times.
4. Pec press - lie on your back with your knees bent while holding five-pound weights. Start by having your arms outstretched on each side and then bring them together slowly. Hold the position for a couple of seconds then slowly lower your arms. Do three sets of 10-12 reps daily.
5. Wall ups - stand two feet facing a wall. Rest your hands at the wall, making sure that they are at chest level. Then slowly lean towards the wall using the muscles of your arm and chest.
These breast enhancement exercises may not give you the desired results as quickly as you want, but you can be sure that these will improve how your bust looks. If you want, you can combine these exercises with enhancement pills to further increase your chances of getting larger breasts.
