Nevertheless, the craving for food feeling goes away after a few days on the master cleanse.  So, the key is to get pass day three.

Another important thing to note, you need to learn to deal with aches and soreness.  Headaches are one of the most common Master Cleanse side effects, but some people get body aches as well.  An easy way to get through it is to drink a lot of water.  Do not forget to start keep exercising, but exercise should keep to light walking and stretching.  The reason is that the body is going through a rigorous cleansing process during the Master Cleanse, and will not be be able to adequately recover from any intense exercise during the treatment.
