News has been filtering through about a new release for the NDS in time for the Christmas market. Get your wallet ready as this may just prove to be a winner in the Christmas present stakes.
Nintendo have finally decided to bring their Face Training to the European market and it's been a long time coming, Japan have been lucky enough to have had it for three years already.
The idea of the Nintendo DS Face Training is to use techniques designed and used for face yoga to improve circulation to the facial muscles and therefore increase blood flow and the flow of oxygen to the facial tissue. The game will help to reduces lines and wrinkles and work towards relaxing your face enough to prevent your frown from forming and bettering the tone of your skin.
The previous hit with the Nintendo DS was Brain Training with the Nicole Kidman launching the advertising campaign. This time it will be the likes of Zoe Ball, Fern Britton and Julie Walters who will front the campaign and encourage us to join the new craze. The official spokesperson for this campaign will be Danielle Collins a renowned Yoga teacher and the UK's leading Face Yoga expert.
NDS Face Training will have you looking at the one half the screen where there will be a teacher demonstrating the movements that you should make to achieve the goals. On the other side you will use the handheld touch screen be able to view yourself with the aid of a camera so that you can watch yourself perfecting the exercise. The aim will be to create a mirror image of the face of the instructor.
Nintendo will be releasing at the same time a camera that will be able to be retrofitted to the NDS by fixing into the GBA slot. This I can only imagine will bring on a new influx of games and training to increase and revitalise their hold on the market.
If you're interested in the NDS Face Training to improve your skin tone then you should also be thinking of protecting your skin against the harmful effects of the sun.
