Rare air jordans coming together once again for the upcoming FIBA World Championships so it's quite normal if you've got that patriotic ‘U.S.A.! U.S.A.!' thing going on. Just because Kobe Bryant recently finished getting his hand on his second NBA championship in a row doesn't mean he doesn't want some more rare air jordans. Perhaps these might've gained more steam had these introduced in 2012, but they're available now at select rare air jordans.

 

The rare air jordans – JB's newest hybrid – was introduced in an Olympic colorway but the timing could be questioned. An Olympic release in a non-Olympic year? The Nike Zoom Kobe V "USA Basketball" that is set to release in September matches perfectly with the national team's basketball jerseys, which will be worn when the team tries to won gold at the FIBA World Championships.

 

Now we have a look at what is supposedly a Fiba World Championships version of the rare air jordans. The midsole design takes after the air Jordan IV and VI, featuring the Olympic ring colors, while the toe and heel mimic the AJ III and the elephant print, though a closer look reveals that the print isn't on a leather toe/heel panel of its own, but rather branded partially onto the existing piece. Initially, the upper of this rare air jordans comes in a traditional white leather and the twist comes into sight starting from the mudguard and heel that flaunt an elephant print similar to what the Air Jordan III has. A colorful midsole of red, yellow, blue, and white is a big contributor to the shoe's elite look. From the former International Bestseller (Air Jordan IV) breathable mesh insert appears to be the Rare Air's tongue.

 

A very forward Jumpman logo is capitalized as the foremost icon that makes any Air Jordan shoe looks edgy. The rare air jordans combines elements of the Air Jordan III, IV, V and VI (that's 3, 4, 5 and 6 for the Roman numeral deficient). In this instance they get brushed with an "Olympic" colorway. You get a mostly white patent-leather upper with a sprinkling of red, yellow, blue, green and elephant print on the toe and heel.
