Beginning her highly recognized entertainment career as a back-up dancer for some of the music industry’s biggest names, Jenna Dewan has broken out of the background and made the transition to leading lady into film. With recent starring roles in the 2005 horror film Tamara, Jenna is making a name for herself in Hollywood. Jenna was born in Hartford, Connecticut on December 3, 1980. Not much information has been released about Jenna’s life growing up, but from all accounts, she had a rather ordinary and pleasant childhood experience. A skilled dancer, the 5’3” brunette edged her way up the entertainment industry ladder until she was working with big name stars and even appearing in videos.
